An Autoresponder is a system that will automatically RESPOND to anyone that requests your information. If you don't have one yet, then use the best one which is,

Once you have at least one letter created in your Autoresponder, anyone on the internet can request the information via the Internet using either an email address assigned to your AUtoresponder or via a form on the Internet.

Warning: To avoid spam complaints, the system will ask subscribers to confirm their request by clicking an authorization link. Once they confirm their request they will begin receiving your messages and you will receive an email telling you that someone has requested your information. Otherwise, your account will be close.
